After your session

Aftercare guidance

General guidance on getting the most out of your massage. If anything feels wrong afterwards, please contact a doctor rather than relying on this page.

Drink water

Staying well hydrated afterwards is generally a good idea — it's an easy habit that supports how your body responds to any massage.

Take it easy for the rest of the day

Some people feel a little tender for a day or so afterwards, particularly after a firmer sports massage. That's normal — a gentle rest of the day, rather than an intense training session, is usually the better call.

When to get in touch

If you have any questions after a session, message me directly. If something feels seriously wrong, please contact a doctor or NHS 111 rather than waiting to hear back from me.

What clients say

“Really helped ease the tension in my shoulders after a stressful few weeks. Would recommend to anyone who spends all day at a desk.”
